I did have a minor issue with the car after the sale and warranty, and he definitely exceeded my expectations in managing the part and replacement without any delay or fuss.
Richard is one of a kind. He's actually an honest used car salesman. I recently purchased a near new Territory. It drives perfectly and looks great.
