Very rude and hung up on me after saying he could do it the week before
Called to enquire for a procedure and as soon as I told them what it was for, got cut off said they can’t help and hung up. Could barely get the words out to say okay thank you or bye. Some people are so rude now days.
I would highly recommend Bayside Standing MRI to anyone seeking efficient, high-quality imaging services. I booked online without a referral. Dr David Proctor is a kind and caring person, with a wonderful dry sense of humour and is extremely proficient. I had a scan on my right shoulder and had the results back the same day along with clear instructions on how to access the images online. He also gave me some recommendations on exercises and potential therapies I could try to help restore my supraspinatus tear.
