This was the best experience I have ever had with getting an MRI and I have severe neck pain, David made me feel calm and at ease, reassured me at the end that I can get better, he also went through my scans and gave me a rehab plan! Tell me what other MRI place does this or specialist? Thank you David really appreciate it. Highly recommend - don’t be fooled by the silly 1 star reviews, David just tells you how it is.
Very rude and arrogant. Accused me of being overweight and not being able to stand for an hour. I explained I stand all day as laying down hurts more which is why I was enquiring about this form of imagine. Absolutely no patient care.
I would highly recommend Bayside Standing MRI to anyone seeking efficient, high-quality imaging services. I booked online without a referral. Dr David Proctor is a kind and caring person, with a wonderful dry sense of humour and is extremely proficient. I had a scan on my right shoulder and had the results back the same day along with clear instructions on how to access the images online. He also gave me some recommendations on exercises and potential therapies I could try to help restore my supraspinatus tear.
If I could give my experience with David at Bayside Standing MRI extra stars, I would. I am so glad I chose not to believe the bad reviews on here. After being dismissed by doctors who didn't want to give MRI referrals or didn't think it was necessary, I saw that David can do an MRI without a referral, so I went to him in desperation for answers.
