Bay Side Standing MRI in Brighton absolutely deserves 5 stars, especially thanks to David. I am severely claustrophobic and was extremely anxious before my scan, but David guided me so calmly and clearly that I got through the scans much more easily than I ever expected. I suffer from severe anxiety, and from the moment I arrived, David made me feel completely at ease. He reassured me every step of the process and kept me well informed throughout, which made a huge difference to my experience. Unpleasant over the phone, when I rang back to ask an additional question. He interrupted and said "you called before and I said no" before listening to the complete question regarding Orthopaedic Tomosynthesis not MRI (which they do not offer for thoracic spine- this is not listed on the website) No offer to engage in an assessment prior to imaging as suggested on the website.
If ‘Mr Bayside Standing MRI’ had a more comprehensive FAQ page he wouldn’t have to usher people off the phone in an arrogant non-client-centred panic. I guess when you’re the only Standing MRI option in Melbourne you get treat people with disrespect and still capitalise on people’s pain. Do better mate - be a human instead of pre-programmed robot. You’re not god, just a man with a machine (Hot Tip: maybe pay a receptionist to be the face of your company and stick to pushing buttons)
Very rude and arrogant. Accused me of being overweight and not being able to stand for an hour. I explained I stand all day as laying down hurts more which is why I was enquiring about this form of imagine. Absolutely no patient care.
