Super disappointed in customer service. Did not explain their mask return policy resulting in spending an additional $325.00. The owner only sees you once to set you up and coordinate this purchase and then ghosts you and defers to less experienced staff to handle all concerns. Definitely very misled, this was a huge purchase. Staff even admits they should have explained their return policy better; only response when confronted was ‘you’re right, ‘fair enough’. Will not recommend or return.
