We had dinner with our dear friends from Connecticut and we sat on the covered patio. The View was beautiful the evening was perfect weather wise. our waitress Betty was absolutely wonderful, and despite being busy, she was very good about answering all our questions. She never rushed us, or made us feel like we were taking up too much of her time. Had the Fried Grouper sandwich. Was Great. Sat outside Great viewcalso.
Had a wonderful dinner. Heidi was our server. Very attentive. The one downside no fault of Bayside, there was a table of 6 and they were extremely loud with no concern for other diners. We will return when we come to Naples next year.

I always look forward to having a prickly pear margarita & was disappointed when the bartender gave me a regular one after I asked for the prickly pear one. Have to keep going to brick top for the best prickly pear margaritas although I like the bayside food & being by the water.
Excellent service and delicious food in a beautiful setting. I thought I was in Naples Italy.

This was such a disappointment. When we first arrived I asked the hostess if they would be able to cater to guests w/ food allergies. She responded, " Umm, sorry, we DON'T do catering." � After a brief vocabulary lesson, we were sent to the upstair's hostess. She was in the middle of a very loud argument with another guest who was trying to make a reservation. Awkward. Made reservations, one month in advance, was taking to a table outside next to the very loud bar( never asked for outside) To avoid confrontation ate my ( dry tasteless) dinner, my server was so bad he didn't even clean my appetizer plates. On my way out told the manager Jennifer how unhappy I was only to have her shrug and roll her eyes at me. Stay away, for the price there's much better options!
