Awful customer service,
I wasn't notified from the staff member I dealt with that the double sided corrugated I ordered prior to the invoice wasn't available in the colour I needed on both sides. Invoice was paid by my accounts department where the colour mistake wasnt picked up admittedly. It then took nearly 2 full working days for someone to contact me and inform there was nothing they could do as it was a custom order. Customer service was terrible after they had the money wouldn't use again just on customer service.
Very helpful service and affordable prices
Used these guys a couple of years ago. Sent them an email with a hand drawn picture of some flashings I needed made up and they did it at a price I was very happy with.
