Terrible management company. We arrived to a home that was occupied and not clean. They said they would need time to clean (30-45 minutes) which is not nearly enough time to sanitize etc. Trip is cancelled - avoid this management company at all costs
I echo the sentiments around the employees being incredibly rude, I have found them to be accusatory and condescending. In addition, I would be very wary of working with them through the Airbnb platform, they clearly do not understand how the platform works and may end up leaving you vacationless.
RecommendedRented a cottage last summer. We rented it late as we didn’t know our vacation time. Everything went fine. Will definitely go back to their site for next summer. Mary Lou Smith
I called to ask about some rentals. A woman answered the phone with what sounded like a mouth full of food. When I asked her if she would help me look, she quickly said “Sure, sure” and hung up. Never even hearing from her. What a rude company. I’ll take my money elsewhere... and I did find something way nicer then what bayside could ever offer.
We enjoy our summer vacation rental on Lake Waukewan and each year it starts with seeing the wonderful, hard working and friendly folks at Bayside Rentals. Thanks for all you do!!!
