A horrible property company that always blackmailing tenants according to their strata bylaw. they do not deal with residents(tenants), only deal with the onwer. they are the boss here. Stay away from this management company. They are the worst. I live in a strata in Maple Ridge and the owners said goodbye to Bayside Properties two months ago and we hired a new management company.
Zero presence by Bayside Property Manager Peter Chan. Instead, he uses 2 strata council members to complete his tasks. Are Linda and Ted formally employed by Bayside Property Management? Are they under your payroll? More importantly - do they have their certificates and are they licensed Property Managers? Currently living in an individual unit managed by Bayside property services. They have been ignoring my emails due to health concerns within the apartment. Expected me to book contractors to come in and fix the water issues in both bathroom and kitchen. Any repairs? They have an absolutely nothing to move forward and ignore all communication. If you're looking to sign for an apartment, don't if they're the property manager.
