During our AGM it was decided our complex will no longer use Bayside Properties and go with another management company. Living at my previous complex I was council president for 18 years and we had Bayside Properties for a short time. After bad experiences we changed to a new management company even then. Our property manager from Bayside is on the ball for returning communications and addressing any concerns or issues. The Bayshore website is user friendly and up to date with Strata minutes, financial reports, and communications.
