A few days ago during our AGM it was decided our complex will no longer use Bayside Properties and go with another management company. Living at my previous complex I was council president for 18 years and we had Bayside Properties for a short time. After bad experiences we changed to a new management company even then. Over my years living in two different complexes I had terrible experiences with 4 different property managers from Bayside Properties. Our property manager from Bayside is on the ball for returning communications and addressing any concerns or issues. The Bayshore website is user friendly and up to date with Strata minutes, financial reports, and communications.
The people who work here are very nice but not very responsive.
Awful experience of having Bayside Property Services manage my strata complex. Notices were always sent out late (often sent on Friday afternoons for work to be completed 1-2 days later), emails were received and never replied to or actioned, requests were ignored, and customer service was poor. Avoid if possible.
