I appreciate the care and compassion I've received at Bayside. Deborah and Nicole have listened, and gone above and beyond to help improve health issues that I've struggled with for a very long time. I've had many PCMs over the years, and I can say these two are top tier. The staff here has always treated me with respect and kindness. Thank you, from a patient who finally feels heard and advocated for.
I'm SURPRISED that I'm here with this post. I was a patient at this practice from the ground up and grand opening. Enjoyed being a patient 😌 until I never saw MY DOCTOR, never had an opening for sick visits, I was an Urgent Care patient with a Primary Doctor. If you don't want the inconvenience of having to see different practitioners, NEVER getting in when sick,and having to pick up your referrals when your provider was sending you to the specialist. My wife got seen at this primary care site and its for females only, which I greatly appreciate. She initially begin getting seen there and signed a patient notification sheet that states that after fifteen minutes she will be charged a late fee of 50$. We completely understood this and have been seen here for at least two years. Within the last few months, I am not sure when because we are usually early, they changed it to 7 minutes late. I had been going to Dr. Brower for years. I have absolutely no complaints against her. However, the practice has changed. Their 7 minute “late” policy only applies to clients but the doctors are not required to respect others time. I had a telehealth appointment scheduled, was available on time, and almost 25 minutes after my appointment I finally called the office to see if my scheduled appointment was still happening.
