My daughter and myself go to bayside primary care for all of our needs. They are absolutely wonderful and very compassionate. I would refer everyone to them. They are a wonderful gem hidden in the heart of Prince Frederick.
It is very clear that the office has accepted the policy of trying to bring folks in again and again to charge more and more. And if you can’t come you have to cancel 48hrs+ or else $50, which is a stricter amt then I have experienced before. I was told I had a heart murmur. Went to cardiologist! After ultrasound and a visit, he said there is no issue and no murmur. I was complaining about chronic pain in thumb. I was sent to Xray. I trust Deb with our families health. She has always been kind and sharing of her knowledge. The staff has always been helpful and answered questions or returned calls when needed. I have been a patient for over 20 years. My problem is who do I go to when she retires. Everyone there works together to take care of your needs. It is your responsibility to be open and honest about your health. Thanks everyone.
Very unprofessional. Clearly doesn’t take patients or their practice seriously. Would not advise going here for even a headache
Just terrible primary care. Lack of communication to the patient. You will have appointments set up for months in advance just for them to cancel the week of. Honestly, anywhere is better than here. Don’t waste your money
