Alan and Josh are brilliant - trustworthy, honest, decent and knowledgeable. I've used these guys a few times and they always sorted the issues with a minimum of fuss. In fact, when you make contact, if you take the time to actually describe the problem to Alan and send a few photos to confirm, he can usually give you a price fairly quickly so you know what you're up for (depending on complexity, if course). That's been my experience both times. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience with Bayside, in particular the owner Lachlan who, despite being at an urgent job in the evening, still called me back straight away. He provided great advice and booked me in for the next day. Very informative and spent the time to troubleshooting on the phone which ended up working and no need for the booked visit! Other companies I called quoted up to $1,500! First class all the way. Don't skip giving Lachlan a call.
Alan and Josh you gentleman are one of a kind thank you from me and my family for coming out at short notice and fixing our hot water problem.
