I placed the order on long weekend and start calling right after to cancel it and sent emails as they instructed . Now they shipped after 5 days and asking 20 percent restocking and it’s is Alrapovic slip ons of R1300 GS $2000 order . Totally ripoff if some one wants to proof of calls and emails I can’t provide , totally scam think twice and make sure read their fine prints policy before order and I was talking to owner Kevin , not helpful at all.
Service is just perfect and so fast ! Ordered online and it got shipped the same day in hours. Sale team also provide great service and after sale inquiries. I recommend them a lot !!!
Absolutely wonderful experience with Kevin from beginning to end! Communication was fantastic and getting the product shipped to me was done fast and efficiently. Received the product ahead of schedule and it’s better than the pictures! My boyfriend is beyond happy with his new helmet! I will be dealing with Bayside for all my motorcycle needs! Recently ordered from Bayside for the first time. I called ahead because I wanted to speak with a human before ordering online. I don’t recall who answered the phone but he was very helpful and confirmed inventory. Placed the order shortly after and the exhaust arrived in new condition as expected. No complaints and wouldn’t hesitate to order through Bayside Performance again
