Well, I ordered an item from them. It was shipped on time, and USPS showed that the item had been delivered. However, I never got it. It's not the fault of the seller. They shipped it on time and provided tracking information. However, packages do get lost. In the past when this has happened to me, other sellers helped file claims or initiated searches with USPS or other carriers. I purchased a TB-U02 HealTech from Bayside Performance. I was so excited how fast they sent the parts needed for my motorcycle. Unfortunately when connecting the TB-U02 it was not producing any power to my dash camera. I followed the instructions on how to rest and still no power. So I contacted Bayside and they requested me to contact Healtech for further guidance. They had to special order my part out of country ,quick email letting me know they received product and it's on its way to me they did what they said what else can you ask for
God its been a while, I still recall when Kevin B used to run this business out of a couch and advertised on BCSB!! (revelations) damn squids!!! good service, - recommend. Love the no BS attitude!!
