Kate Murphy is an incredible practitioner. I went to her with standard neck pain and had several sessions before asking her about a dodgy shoulder I'd suffered with for literally years after popping a muscle badly in a commando class. I'd given up on the shoulder because I thought it needed surgery at the time but wasn't able to do it because I was travelling for work.
