This place is very unprofessional and does not honor appointments. I had to leave without getting my nails done as Kay honored someone else without an appointment that walked in after me. I made an appointment with Kay at 1:30, after waiting 30 mins for Kay to finish with a client another client walks in which was honored services before me, despite me having an appointment. When I brought it up, Kay said "I cannot help you today". I highly do not recommend this place.
