Took my chainsaw in to get the starter mechanism replaced, told them that it was the plastic part that connects to the crank in person and over the phone and they still didn't replace it, I was told that it was just the spring, which did need replacing aswell but not the point. dont come here its not worth it, they try and get you for money straight away.
Got my chainsaw here, good service and also they filled it up with fuel and bar oil and tuned it for free.
