I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Strelitz and everyone in the office! All three of my children see her, and from day one, the care we’ve received has been exceptional. Don’t ever take your children there. I took my kid to be seen for an abdominal pain and nauseas back on 09/15. The dr evaluated my kid and said he didn’t have anything, it was just pain and it could be monitored with zofran for nauseas and Tylenol. Recently my kid is complaining again about the symptoms and I took him to ER and did an ultrasound and found that he has appendicitis. Stanford facilities are normally thought to be high quality, but this facility is subpar. In particular, Christina should not be in a position to make decisions. Extreme lack of compassion and professionalism.
We came in to talk about toxic mold exposure. Our regular doctor was not availible. All this Dr. wanted to do was scare us about a flu shot. "If you leave without giving her a flu shot you are running the risk of death." The Dr. wouldnt even discuss our concerns about the mold. $60 for, literally, a 2 second eye exam after we told them she was rubbing her eyes so much. We will find a new children's medical facility, this one has zero care for their patients. They should change the name to Stanford Flu Outlet.
