I am in year two at living in this building so I think it's fair to write a review. Hopefully it helps others who are considering to live here. I live here with my two daughters and we love it. Building - it is nice, still has the that new feeling and looks great. It is well maintained and cleaned regularly. They have two bed and two bath units and one bed and one bath options. Great Apartments to live in close to the water and downtown. Quiet and peaceful units. You can hear canada goose fly over and Great Horned Owls whoo in the middle of the night. Jesse is a good building manager. I love living in Parksville.
The manager could not have been more helpful and professional. helping me move in The one star review obviously had an axe to grind. The property is spotless and very well run. I've very happy here.
A loud, arrogant landlady reigns over all. Gives " special permission" to some . Definitely enjoys her position, using personal discretion. The suites themselves are very nice
