We are very happy with the house, we thank you for it, it is beautiful and we feel very good living here, thank you.
Personally I'm not a fan of Bayside Management. We have flagged issues with our property (single family home) for a number of years. Our previous property manager was more responsive, although they didn't do great work. With Bayside Management, we get a response, but getting work done is a chore due to scheduling, timing and also getting the work done properly. They have had to fill in leaky areas around our property and the shingles are a mess from the water damage. The paint put over those areas are the wrong color leaving... read more
