I've been there several times and have witnessed some great service from the technician to the advisors. Even the porters are very friendly. I want to give an extra shout out to my Service Advisor Melanie Thompson! I'm not the only one I've had professionalism while in her care. She goes out of her way to keep the time as short as possible and gives options for payment if the cost is too high. I would recommend even if you vehicle isn't a KIA. thanks so much, A. West.
