Angela was a pleasure to work with! She’s extremely knowledgeable and well seasoned. Doing the tasting was so worth it - she’s so good at what she does! For our big day everyone raved about the appetizers, desserts and late night snack! All were a huge hit! We went off both our picks and her recs, some of which we didn’t taste beforehand so I highly recommend leaning into her recs! We hired Bayside Gathering to cater our wedding earlier this year. Angela, the owner, was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating, but most importantly, the food was AMAZING! Guests are still telling us the beef tenderloin with cognac butter was a hit! The staff that assisted with the day was very nice and got things cleared before you knew it. Our Experience with Bayside Gatherings This is long overdue, and I debated writing this for years, but our experience with Bayside Gatherings at our 2021 wedding was so bad that it still bothers us. We paid around $9000, and while the tasting was wonderful, everything went downhill after we signed the contract and paid our deposit. Angela and her crew are absolutely top notch. I have used them for both of my daughter’s weddings, and my father’s memorial gathering. The grooms parents are not from the area, and cautiously trusted my choice. They RAVED about her food, and the beauty of her displays. Used Angela and her staff for our wedding. Food was delicious. Only thing I will say is a bit more on the expensive side compared to some other caterers in the area, but worth it. Everything was fresh and tasty/farm to table style. Would probably advise buffet for wedding. We did family style and there were not enough servers.
