The entire staff there shows their dedication and commitment for the highest quality care.. Even a health care guest with me is still commenting how great the staff are. Thankfully i chose them
Rude receptionist! Called me and told me get her my paperwork by the end of the day or I could not come in for my appointment in two days. Why didn't they tell me that when I made my appointment and call with such a bossy, rude attitude. She was not helpful at all when I was trying to get it filled out online and kept telling me to print it off? It's 2026, don't you have the capability to fill it out online? I am so tired of this office. They have slowly gone down hill over the years. The nurse techs have changed like the wind...always someone new. They never ID themselves nor have a pleasant nor friendly nature. They are like robots that do vitals and type on laptops. That is a huge red flag. I waited 45 mins today for Lisa Hoffman, who has never been friendly over the years. Not one person came and checked on me nor gave me a time frame. Lisa treats me like I'm wasting her time every visit. When I brought my husband in, extremely ill, I told her and the nurse he would faint from the large blood sample taken. They walked out, and having to keep repeating myself while they chit chatted, he fainted. I've been very ill and requested further testing while I wait a month for a specialist. A 'no' was my response and a prescription for something I do not need.
I'm 43 and I have had a handful of physicians in my life. Todd Decker is by far the most professional, caring and personable Doctor that I've ever had.
