Very happy with their service and professionalism. I was coming over from Kaiser and got an entire exam for Contacts and Spectacles for less than the cost of my Deductible at KP. I got an appointment immediately and was impressed with the quality of their equipment and expertise. I got my contacts prescription and order filled quickly. Will be stopping back again in a year to monitor my eye health.
I have been going to Bayside Family Eyecare for several years. Dr. Truong is always professional. He is very patient and attentive to issues of my eyes. I never feel rush during my visit. Also, all of the staff and assistance in his office are friendly and helpful.
A+++ all the way around - from the moment I called to schedule an appointment to my exiting the office - truly a wonderful group! They happen to have an appt the day I called, just perfect! Kind, considerate, very patient and excellent "chair-side" manner from the doctor! I really appreciated all who listened to my concerns and went above and beyond for my needs. Thank you so much!
