My previous experiences left me extremely anxious and concerned about problems I was having with my teeth. From the first contact with reception to all practice staff I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism shown. Dr Jeannae de Peiza was caring efficient and explained everything clearly. Thank you to everyone at the clinic.
The first time that I have ever been able to say it was a pleasurable visit to a dentist. Jeannae … if I have got the spelling right … was fantastic. Clearly explained the issue and options for treatment. Loved the mutual respect between her and her assistant Helen. And the dental work itself was by far the least intrusive and gentle I have ever experienced. Holly on reception was great too !!!
I have been coming to Bayside Family Dentistry for a number of years and the staff have all been pleasant, professional and accommodating. I have had two occasions where emergency dental work was needed and both times I have been fit in on the day. Suzanne Cairns and her team are fantastic. They are all very friendly and warm, and make a dental visit a lovely experience!
Had an incredible experience with Dr. Jeannae the other week. So kind and helpful and she detected my grinding problem before even I did. One round of TMJ Botox and I’m feeling so much better! Telling all of my friends and family about Bayside Family Dentistry now!
Super lovely practice with awesome dentists and staff!! Went in to get semi perm fangs and came out with my dream of permanent ones! Definitely recommend
