Acting on the recommendation of relatives who recently had renovations carried out on their house by Bayside Extensions Pty. Ltd. we engaged them to perform extensive renovations and additions on our 150 year old heritage family home in St. Kilda. Our project was to create a contemporary art deco extension for our 1920s house. We had a clear vision and Bayside Extension’s architect, Natasha, translated this to paper with patience, humour and meticulous attention to detail. Bayside Extension’s amazing team of quality trades people (seriously the best!) then built us a truly beautiful and well crafted home. We’re so happy with the result! A special shout out to Nicola, who had us at ‘hello’.
We were really happy with the extension to our 1920's home. With so many horror stories out there about builders we were bracing ourselves for a terrible experience but Bayside were fabulous. The renovation was completed within the agreed time and within the agreed budget. Many thanks to Frank, Michael and team for a top-notch job.

After running my own construction company in England for 6 years I decided to take a sabbatical for a year. I spent 2 months in Melbourne working for bayside extensions completing renovations and loft conversions. In that time I worked on several large projects where the attention to detail was excellent and the communication was great between bayside and the client. Highly recommend for their workmanship, thanks again to the team for welcoming me in.
