the dentist is great however the front desk is terrible! They dont even know what insurances they accept and will reject you without even knowing what insurance you have. I called asking if they accept anthem and immediately was told no when the entire time ive had anthem and there was no issues and ive confirmed multiple times with my insurance that it was in network but the lady in front desk does not know anything it seems and then tells me yes they accept then calls back saying no they dont. Great dentist everyone is very friendly. I was recommended this dentist by family and I started going there. Everything is great. Atmosphere is nice and calm to wait for your appointment, which is usually quick and I never have to wait long for them to call me up

Discovering Dr. Loh at Dream Dental.was a miracle! After my long-term dentist passed away, I wasn't sure I would ever find anyone as competent and nice. Dr. Loh truly surpassed all my expectations. He does everything well and as quickly and painlessly as possible. He also saw me on a Saturday when I needed an emergency visit. He and his staff are always pleasant. They actually make going to the dentist a pleasure. Dream Dental Bayside has my very highest recommendation!
