I unfortunately have not had a good experience. I had a referral (which I took too long to follow up on), but I was able to be seen relatively quickly. From there perhaps I started things on the wrong foot, I was very late to my appointment. I offered to make a new one, but they saw me anyway. We set up a plan, trying some OTC treatments.
