Dr. Hoyt and his entire staff treated us with so much kindness and respect. We were not rushed in anyway, all if our concerns were addressed and we couldn't be more thankful.

I unfortunately have not had a good experience. I had a referral (which I took too long to follow up on), but I was able to be seen relatively quickly. From there perhaps I started things on the wrong foot, I was very late to my appointment. I offered to make a new one, but they saw me anyway. We set up a plan, trying some OTC treatments. After a week or so, I felt that it mimicked very closely what I had already been trying at home, and I called in to ask if there was anything else I could try.
