I was very happy that this service was available. The office person Becky was kind and professional. However, the Tech that came to the house was extremely rough! I had to take the white dam she was shoving to place in his mouth away from her! She was SO rough! I felt she did not even know how to use it or how the mouth works. I use to love this dental office until Dr Lartigue retired. The office was cleaner then, I’ve noticed. I would get txt and call reminders of my appointments. The staff made me feel like they cared about my comfort and me being satisfied. I tend to be cold so they had blankets available. NOW…I recently had some work done and was so unhappy. Most of the staff are very nice. And there are some who could not hide their frustration and disgust that I was unhappy with my care. It pains me when I’m told how I should feel.
