The staff is very friendly and Dr. Reddy was great! She did 2 fillings and 2 extractions and I didn’t feel a thing.
This is the most unprofessional dental office I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The dentist drilled too deep when attempting to fix a cavity, then expected me to pay over $1500 for a root canal to repair the damage. I received a bill a year after services were performed and when I questioned why the bill was so incredibly backlogged, I was told "it just wasn't sent, don't take it personal". They are so nice, friendly, and considerate. I'm 6 months pregnant and they made sure I was comfortable and made the appropriate accomadations without me asking. � The staff is also friendly and processed my new dental coverage before I even got there to save me time.
Front staff is great! Not impressed with a dentist that doesn't even look inside my child's mouth before stating he needs a root canal. HUGE waste of time. Went saw a new dentist after leaving perfectly happy with my second opinion. I will not go back to Bayside Dental!
