Sherry is top notch. The other office staff are superlative. Nick on maintenance is friendly and on his A-game always. The grounds are well kept, the gym and pool are outstanding. There's even a billiard table. The apartment is the perfect size for two older people and a cat. The appliances are older, but work just fine. The view from the balcony is beautiful at sunrise. The staff is excellent and went up and beyond to try and help us Unfortunately we got denied for an affordable housing unit because we were just a little short of what they wanted us to make every month .But ,they tried to help us anyway They said we can try again if something becomes available next year,and we are prying for this .The apt was beautiful and so we're the grounds .The maintenance got the apt ready fast as if we had been approved we could move in .We were on the waiting list for over 2 Years so when we got the ... read more
