Very disappointing experience applying at Bayside Court Apartments. There were website technical issues, poor communication, and no follow-up despite multiple calls and emails. Even after requesting a refund, we never received any response. We visited the office several times and still got inconsistent information. Unfortunately, we had to move forward with another apartment complex after wasting time and money.
