My husband's Niece is blind and when we go to visit her or pick her up she shares her sweet smile, laughs, events and concern about everything. The Women that work with her are so helpful and thoughtful. Their hearts are so into the interest of all the girls that living in the one home together, with mealtimes, daily routine things, one on one time, scheduled activities and special holiday arrangements. The Bayside Women Employees are wonderful!!!!
Bayside has a VISION to provide compassion, safety and work opportunities for the disabled clients. Working with these clients has provided me with a great opportunity to get to know them on a personal and relatable level.
