I initially went with this company because of its good reviews. I had a difficult problem with my split and had them out to have a look at it for a hopeful repair. The technician was lovely however because the unit didn’t fault in the 10mins he was there he said nothing he could do. I understood this but I asked him to stay longer as it always faults after about 20mins and he declined. I sent a video once it faulted and got no reply. What can I say about Callum and Giani today. Absolute rock star legends. So friendly and helpful, quick and super professional. They even engaged playfully with my cheeky dogs who loved the new human attention. Installed my new Fujitsu split air. Couldn’t be happier. I changed my mind about wanting the cradle for my remote when I first said no. I rate the team at Bayside Comfort Solutions very highly. From Brett who professionally quoted the new system while servicing another at my house. To the team in the office who were responsive and so easy to deal with. To Callum and Gianni who did an outstanding job! They turned up on time, paid attention to my requests and were polite. They were efficient and they tidied everything up at the end. I highly recommend Callum and Gianni and the whole team at Bayside Comfort Solutions.
