Had my ducted reverse cycle air conditioners serviced and a repair done by Bayside Comfort Solutions. It was easy to book. The quote was good and adhered to. Over the phone service was spot on. Brett who did the service and repair was neat with his job and happy to answer all my questions. After the part came in for the repair he fixed the fault quickly and with no fuss. Good service with good communication.

Had a problem with our new split system and contacted BCS to discuss. There prompt and helpfulness was very reassuring and they got on to it and all fixed and sorted within a very short time. I am extremely pleased with everyone’s help in this matter and can definitely recommend their products and service. Thankyou again 😊👍😊👍😊👍

I had Brett out to service my Braemar under floor ducted heating system and he was on time and knew what he was doing and fixed the problem in a very short time. I can highly recommend Brett and Bayside Comfort Heating and will use them again.

Extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. I contacted Bayside Comfort Solutions for a residential ducted heating and cooling install and was initially hopeful based on their experience. However, when I asked a few genuine and informed questions — I was met with an unexpectedly rude and dismissive response. Rather than explaining my options or quoting upgrades, I was told my requests were “ridiculous,” and was essentially dropped as a customer. Wow! Our ducted heating and cooling system is amazing, luxurious, wonderful. Every bit of the process was great. From the initial quote discussions with John, to set up before instal discussions with Nathan, to the big instal day with the whole crew - fantastic. It is always so good to have excellent local people doing reliable work on one's home who give you reassurance that they are nearby if needed. Thankyou.
