I rate the team at Bayside Comfort Solutions very highly. From Brett who professionally quoted the new system while servicing another at my house. To the team in the office who were responsive and so easy to deal with. To Callum and Gianni who did an outstanding job! They turned up on time, paid attention to my requests and were polite. They were efficient and they tidied everything up at the end. I highly recommend Callum and Gianni and the whole team at Bayside Comfort Solutions.

John was extremely friendly on the inspection day. Layla was amazing in all the quick responses within our communication. Installation - Top blokes Callum and Gianni are. They came, did the job in the blink of an eye, friendly and up for any question or concern from me. Nice work all around!

It is probably too early to do a review but I will give credit to the company and crew because of pleasant and painless experience. A shout out Nick, who made an appointment to come over and kept and and did what I consider a fair quote for 2 Air Conditioner installs. A special shout out to the electricians, Callum and Gianni who listened to my specific needs and keep me apprised of the work as they did it and cleaned up after themselves. Well done and you for a job well done. Ps Thanks for the gifts.

We were wanting a simple cost effective heating and cooling solution for a large back bedroom. Overall, the experience was seamless from recommendation to installation. A special shout-out to Gianni, who installed our split system air conditioner. He was incredibly helpful and friendly ensuring we were completely happy with both the placement and the final look of the installment. Had my ducted reverse cycle air conditioners serviced and a repair done by Bayside Comfort Solutions. It was easy to book. The quote was good and adhered to. Over the phone service was spot on. Brett who did the service and repair was neat with his job and happy to answer all my questions. After the part came in for the repair he fixed the fault quickly and with no fuss. Good service with good communication.
