The disposal replacement was quick and well done. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. Update on my review. I bought a new dishwasher because it wasn't draining and I thought the pump had gone bad. It was an old dishwasher and we had talked about getting a new one for awhile now. The new dishwasher didn't "drain" either. Found out the knock out plug was not removed from the disposal when hooking the old dishwasher up to the new disposal.

In 2023, I contacted three vendors to ask for a quote on a new furnace and air conditioner. Bayside was the only vendor who responded to my inquiry. They evaluated my needs, and gave me three options. They explained the options so I could understand the benefits of each option. Ryan was professional, courteous and timely. Yes and he also checked to make sure HVAC was draining to prevent condensation buildup. I always request him.
