This week, we had a repair to an outside faucet that was dripping during the recent cold snap.As we have always had great and professional service from Bayside, this was our first choice. Tina was gracious and prompt in response and our technician, Steven Hutton, was professional and a pleasure to have in our home
Excellent installation of a 5 head Mitsubishi Mini split heat pump. Installers were very professional. I would call them anytime.
I really appreciate the techs at Bayside and had another nice professional experience with Steven. I utilized the new plumbing division and ended up having the toilet floater valve replaced which I thought was entirely too expensive for a small job so I will look for an alternative next time. Steven the tech was great and I will continue to use Bayside for my furnace & AC but not plumbing. I gave 3 stars this time instead of 4 due to high price for the plumb job completed & im a repeated customer.
