he smirked at me when i walked out like he just made a tun of money off of me
It took a month for them to finish a watch. I contacted them 4 times, they didn't call me with an estimate and went ahead and did everything w/o telling me how much it would cost. They were short with me and it was like pulling teeth trying to get information about the history of the watch. Incredibly rude and not very knowledgeable. Take your business elsewhere!
This was my first and last visit to the Bayside Coin and Jewelery store. The customers service was rude and abrasive. I am going to take my business elsewhere.
