I appreciated the management of service operations. I watched for a few hours as Tony Villalta handled a busy environment. Buyer Beware! I was working with Alex, and things started smoothly. I was very direct about wanting to make a deal. I was looking to trade a Tacoma for a Jeep Gladiator. The trade-in assessment came up around 34, a little over what they wanted for the gladiator. Then, they decided to upcharge me by 12k—the amount I owed on the Tacoma and my trade value at 23k.
