Bayside Chiropractic practitioners and staff are kind welcoming and very skilled. I had to sit too much for a job and Bayside helped me quickly to resolve lower back pain and overall muscle tension. They have very good educational videos on their website that are self-care oriented.
Dr. O’Brien has been absolutely incredible. He has been working with my daughter for 6 months and the improvements that we have seen are hard to explain. She was born with special needs and he has drastically improved many issues she was dealing with including her congestion and head shape. She was on track for needing a helmet but since working with Dr. O’Brien, she no longer needs it. Dr O’Brien is nothing short of a miracle worker. In 2020 I suffered a debilitating ankle injury that has affected me negatively since. Every year I’ve done intense 4-5 week rounds of steroids, PT, massage, cortisone injections and everything else under the sun to try and maintain my very active lifestyle and keep up with my 3 kids. I have been seeing Alejandra Torres-Lora, DC for over 2 years now and I must say she is great! She is very thorough and focuses on making sure she gets all the spots that are discomforting to you. I also love her room. She always has it very inviting with a nice cool atmosphere. I highly recommend her.
