My Moroccan rug had heavy dirt buildup from years in a busy hallway. Their factory cleaning process removed an incredible amount of dust and restored the natural texture of the Wool. Excellent work overall.

I have pets, so yeah… the rug situation wasn’t great. Smell was the biggest issue. After the Oriental rug cleaning, that problem is completely gone. I don’t even care that much about how it looks, just happy it doesn’t smell anymore.

I had a viscose and silk rug cleaned, and both came back looking amazing. The estimate was clear, the pickup was handled carefully, and the rugs were returned within nine days. The silk rug had a shine I hadn’t seen in years, and the viscose looked glossy and clean. The delivery team placed them back in the right spots, which made everything easy.
