With recently updated common areas, we've owned a west facing unit for almost 15 years. Excellent active and responsive management and staff - great security, housekeeping and building engineer. Excellent board volunteers. A five star, top notch condo building (but who needs Gucci?) You pay for what you get , and we enjoy our visits there. Good value increase. We enjoy our "get away" place!

I was there to see a client who is a resident. I had been there 2 times to see him and he gave me access to his parking spot on P3. I had never had to sign in to get in to garage. Toby, who is security, for some reason decided that morning that I needed to sign in. No problem. But I was told to back up although there was no one behind me entering.
