This is the third time living here. The staff has been very accommodating and maintenance is quick to respond. We like the idea that we have a washer and dryer in the unit and that pets are allowed if you pay the extra pet rent and deposit. The location for us is ideal. The grounds are well taken care of and looks tropical which is nice.
I’ve lived here almost a year and at first it was nice to be so close to everything but now I wish I chose somewhere else. I could go on and on about the issues we have had but the main one is the utility bill. My husband and I rent a one bed one bath and for the past 4 months our electric bill has been INSANE! I’m talking $2,048 one month, $3,100 the next, and so on! The front office is useless and does not care AT ALL! They have “adjusted” it every month but even then it’s still super high. Alexis was very professional and sweet. She was very knowledgeable answering every single question I had and gave a great tour of the property!
While the location and views are nice, I would not recommend living here based on my experience. During my time here, I dealt with cockroach issues, which I understand may come with the location. The utilities were also excessively expensive for a studio apartment, which made the overall cost of living here much higher than expected. The biggest issue was the move out process.
