WARNING-Nobody should rent from these shysters, especially military people. Here is our experience. Military family member with lease here was deployed on very short notice. Family jumped in to assist. Even with that, landlord made things as difficult as possible, and completely ripped off military lease holder. Great customer when I came in over the weekend at bayside Coronado. Staff was really helpful in the situation I was in and was very helpful
Nice complex but the rents are much higher than similar units in the area. The current one to two months free special is nice but nearby complexes offer the exact same and start at a much lower base rent. This place had a list of so many open units to choose from, so prices could really be adjusted to better reflect the local market. Happy long term residents vs max profit? Rents are falling locally. I recently had the pleasure of touring Bayside apartments and plan to move to this location in June. The property was beautiful and the leasing agent was very helpful. I think her name was Alexis. She took time to show me a few units and she made sure I went to see the facilities. I love the gym. I want a unit by the pool because I liked the screening on the balconies. My current place is nice but the management allows hoarders and it is embarrassing when I have guests over and they see the mess. Bayside I can’t wait to make... read more
