I recently had the pleasure of touring Bayside apartments and plan to move to this location in June. The property was beautiful and the leasing agent was very helpful. I think her name was Alexis. She took time to show me a few units and she made sure I went to see the facilities. I love the gym. I want a unit by the pool because I liked the screening on the balconies. Just toured. Nice complex but the rental rates are significantly higher than comparable properties in the surrounding area. While the current two months free special is appreciated, nearby complexes offer the exact same and start at a much lower base rent. They had a list of over 60 units to choose from currently, it seems like there’s a real opportunity to adjust pricing to better reflect the local market. Happy long term residents vs max profit?
