Ithalee Ramirez, Leasing Manager at Bayside at Coronado, provided exceptional customer service throughout both my move-in and move-out experience. Very disappointed with management. Came to ask a few specific questions and the lady in charge refused to talk at any point to me (saying she had no time today, and when I said I would take time out of my schedule to come and talk she got angry). Second in command gave answers that were vague and would not eloborate, just trying to get me out of the office. Also cockroaches are completing infesting the ground floor.
Went for a tour today and it was an awesome introduction to the apartments. Alexis was my tour guide and she was very knowledgeable and kind during the walkthrough. The amenities are top notch and the appliances and pace in the studio and 1 bedroom are next level. You can tell that the Alexis and her team put residents first and ask genuine questions to get to know residents/future residents. This location is among the top of my list on my July/August move in to my new apartment.

Ashley at Bayside has made the process of finding a new home stress-free and exciting. She is very personable and easy to reach by phone or email. There’s never any rush; she gives you ample time to look around. The property is beautiful and the staff are so helpful.
