I throughly appreciated my walk through (inspection) today with Benny Bish! He made stuff super simple, in a really stressful time for me. He’s an honest, & decent guy. He was able to answer all of my questions, & was insightful in regards to property inspection.

Bennie bish was very unprofessional. He took the lazy route in appraising houses for my lender. In the process he was quite bias and did not do a thorough analysis of properties. One property in question was appraised by lender and had a difference of almost $50k in less than 9 month period. If at all possible stay clear of this company as they do not check their voicemail to be sure property is available in example walking in on Tennant.. very uncomfortable situation for them as well.
