Emmaculate Property With Beautiful Setting Unfortunately, I was forced to leave The Bayside Apartments because of a job transfer. My apartment was always quite and i had great neighbors. Whenever there was a maintenance problem, which was rare, if it was not fixed the day of the problem, it was by the next day. I had no problem with getting my security deposit back, because I left my apartment in great shape. All in all, I loved residing at The Bayside and would recommend it to anyone.
The Worst Lanlord I ever see Keep in mind if you are looking for an apt in bayside apt, 1 the old lady and her son tried to coax you in, but your bad dream starts: rude attitude from landlord, you never get back your deposit; 2 the scenary is good, but the building is very old and very bad sound-proof, you barely can have a good sleep; 3 landlard is lazy for maintainance, you need to do all your job; 4 rental fee is high.
