What we thought we were moving into has turned into a nightmare. The hoa is mot responsive to our need. Bully pulpit.
Bayside Boat Mariner is about to become one of the most expensive boat storage, docking and boat launch facilities in the DFW metropolitan area. Already hearing from disgruntled dry dock boat storage leaders that their storage is going up from $85 to $100 monthly. The entire Penisula is private now and there is a cost for everything. It will take some getting used to do get ready ... the cost to enjoy Lake Ray Hubbard just got quite expensive.
The area is beautiful with a nice park, dog park and homes facing the lake! I love the walkable trail along the lake and how well maintained it all is.
