Our townhouse association is requiring all of the units to replace their aging tile roofs. There is a noticeable difference in quality with Bayshore’s work compared to the others. They are dependable, repair wood rot as they go and meticulous in their work and clean up. Our air conditioning lines were improperly installed along the roof line and a line was punctured during their work. They took responsibility for repair and promptly had an ac company onsite to make the repairs. I am impressed by their work and ethics.
