The office staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. They obviously don't care about the patients so no matter how good the doctors may be, I'm not willing to deal with staff who are a reflection of the entire practice.

I had the worst experience with a white middle aged secretary called lisa she had short hair is chunky and looks like she hates her job or just hispanic people. I was checking out and spoke to an assistant next to her wearing glasses I thought she would check me out but she said that lisa would she she said ill check if you have a copay and i was talking to the one with glasses telling her i met my family max and lisa turned to me and said dont you see there is a patient infront of you and i was in no way rushing her .
