My neurologist joined this clinic about a year ago. Ever since I have not been able to reach him for appointments. They no longer answer the phone and take weeks to answer your ‘text request’.
The access for this place is horrible. There is no parking
Dr Lymer has incredibly kind bedside manner, takes time to explain and review treatments, takes care to ensure treatments are as pain-free as possible. Clinic is organized and receptionists professional and accommodating.
Absolutely terrible clinic. Ever since my neurologist moved there, it’s been impossible to get in touch with him. The reception doesn’t answer phones, doesn’t confirm appointments, mixes up phone versus physical appointments, and takes days to respond to their “faster” text communication option. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences since the switch in September and am honestly incredibly disappointed.
I was referred to neurology by my doctor and was contacted shortly after by Dr. Doyle's office to make an appointment. I'm the day of the appointment, the receptionist, intake nurse, and Dr Doyle were all great. Dr. Doyle was thorough in ruling out certain conditions and made reasonable recommendations to me with a follow-up timeline. I am happy with the care I have recieved so far.
