I called this morning because I didn't remember the instructions to what I needed to do are purchase to help loosen the wax in my ear. I ask to speak to someone. She started to tell me there was no one. Then she said you should of written it down. I started crying. I told her I don't know what to do. She told me to shut up. I went for a ent appt. Elevador is slow. But the parking and area are nice.
