STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN! I waited patiently for 45 min and then asked how long before I see the doctor. I was told at least 30-45 min. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR TIME. I felt bad for the lady who was there before me. She looked very disappointed as we talked about how they dont respect peoples time, they just want to book as many appointments as they can to make $$$$. SHAME ON YOU
This is one the best services I have ever received in Canada. Cindy my nurse is one of a kind. Professional, clean, nice, kind, thoughtful, greaaaaaaat in her job! I literally look forward to my next appointment as soon as I leave the clinic and it's all because of her. Thank you so much for such a great clinic and amazing nurse
Cindy is an amazing nurse. She performs her nursing duties with passion, thoughtfulness, and kindness. She truly cares for her patients well-being. She goes above and beyond her nursing duties to make sure the patients are well taken care of and are supported. She is an angel without wings. The clinic is also is very clinic.
It was by far the best experience for us across all healthcare providers in Canada. I went there for an iron infusion for my wife. Cindy was very courteous, knowledgeable and agile! She helped with all our questions and very accurately led the infusion process. She even offered me an adjacent seat (as there were a couple empty chairs) and proactively offered me to use the WiFi as I had to carry on my work.
