Booking routine appointments here is nightmare, using their pharmacy takes forever and they have had to cancel multiple appointments due to their internal booking issues. Will not be back to this clinic
If I cancel an appointment they charge me, but they cancelled my appointment with under 24hrs notice as they didnt get my medication delivered on time, no one phoned to notify me. These organization structure is a mess to say the least.
I have used this service four times and can not say enough good things about the staff and experience. Leah is the nurse who usually provides my injection but they are all excellent. Very kind and compassionate. Thank you.
The ladies who helped me were very kind and understanding. I was frustrated when I got in because Google Maps is inaccurate. I did my best to help by posting three photos and editing the address correctly.
Great experience. All staff were very friendly and compassionate. My nurses Kurt & Leah were wonderful and very attentive!
