Absolutely the worst, garbage intake process and useless policy to get a simple infusion. 6 months from referral date, and still no appointment, wrong forms, missing information, 10 days to get from form sent to get into system, (that's ridiculous) multiple calls, wrong information provided. at this point I would rather get stuck with a rusty needle then deal with this garbage staff then and call service. Can't comment on the actual clinic because I never had a chance to experience whatever they would be.
