i completely agree with the few people on here that have lived in this park i recently signed my house back over to the park after they sold it to me with black mold in the walls after i signed my house to them they broke in and stole all of our clothing from jackets to blankets and then left the house open the managers are very rude and talk to people like they are below them do not rent or buy the double wide #28 THERE ISBLACK MOLD IN THE WALLS THE PLUMBING DOESNT WORK AND IT IS UNINHABBITTABLE. I have read reviews of millenium estates and i can honestly say it has come a long way. This is a well maintained park with green grass, fresh raked sand that is kid friendly. The property manager Tj and the maintenance crew are awsome try it out i love this park
This place is the worst place to live in vegas , the manger cindy who does not have a high school diploma tries to talk to you if your stupid but in fact is the biggest idoit, her husband who also works here thinks he has juice , they are a joke, the rent is to high almost 700 you pay a month and the new owners are greedy just upped the rent.rhp properties are bad to deal with dont buy here or rent they also tow your car at any given time and dont care if your rent is up to date you will regret buying anything from them you ... read more
This mobile park is a joke. It looks super clean for a few houses but as soon as you keep going down, everything is filthy. Security sucks! And the manager is completely rude, she talks to the owners or renters like if they don't understand what she's saying. She doesn't know how to be professional but rather a completly immature. I wouldn't recomend living here
