One of the worst services. PSW show up when they feel like. Some manager changes my dads schedule without consent. Most of the PSW don't do the job properly. They don't clean ppl good they rush. Supposed to have an hour vist they leave within 15-20 mins it's ridiculous. Also they send ppl that aren't trained on a hoier lift. They just have absolutely no care for others but yet that is the job. Would never recommend this company!
ok. so here is the deal. i took care of my mother and had a great deal of trouble with staff at the beginning. But, Mom ended up, after advocating and some serious issues, with a core team of ladies that were absolutely wonderful. i’m sitting here in hindsight really missing these ladies.
Unfortunately there is not a zero star option . 1 star would be somewhat of a compliment to the worst home care service in Hamilton. I do not personally blame the PSW”s. It is obviously the management who do not ensure that clients needs are properly met. The one and only request we as a family had for our mother who has had a stroke is that she have someone to guarantee that she takes her medications daily .
