Customer service from reception, to schedule to initial visit and follow-up was outstanding. Staff really listened to our needs and offered multiple -options for support. Everything was offered in such a timely, compassionate, and caring manner. Access to the organization's pharmacy was also an additional bonus.

Just terrible costumer service. No one called or showed up today. And there is something EVERY DAY there is something. Every single day!!!

I have tried to book an appointment. I wait on hold for 10-20 minutes only to be hung up on. Things need to improve. You are dealing with people with health issues they do not need to have the added stress of trying to make an appointment. Please do better!!

Terrible customer service. I called them about 4 times asking for them to call my number to book the appointments. They continued to call my mother's number even though I am 21 years old. I asked politely 4 times for this to be changed and when I called the fifth and sixth time as it continued to happen, two customer service agents would not even let me explain the situation.
