As I was in the waiting room one of the doctors came out and had seen me on the phone on speaker and said whats your name, yo. I said I’m on the phone and don’t call me yo. Once I was brought inside I was seen my a mid 40’s lady who didn’t get 5 words out and had her eyes close and the clipboard she was holding fell to the ground. Customer service from reception, to schedule to initial visit and follow-up was outstanding. Staff really listened to our needs and offered multiple -options for support. Everything was offered in such a timely, compassionate, and caring manner. Access to the organization's pharmacy was also an additional bonus.

Just terrible costumer service. No one called or showed up today. And there is something EVERY DAY there is something. Every single day!!!

I have tried to book an appointment. I wait on hold for 10-20 minutes only to be hung up on. Things need to improve. You are dealing with people with health issues they do not need to have the added stress of trying to make an appointment. Please do better!!
