Kind lady’s that come to take care of my grandma always very polite and engage in conversation with us and make my grandma feel comfortable

Terrible service. My husband is a 30 year veteran of the Armed Forces the service or lack of was disgusting. He had to call them 4 days straight to try and arrange an appointment. He was suppose to get on going appointments which they didn't show up for. Each day he called he spoke to a different person with promises of a call back which he never got until the 5th day late in the afternoon. No apology or anything. Just wanting to finally make an appointment. To which he said, "no thanks, too late, I will get care elsewhere".... read more
